Herbal Product Returns

If you have a question about an herbal product, please ask us before placing your order.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your herbal product purchase, we will gladly accept returns. Please send back your herbal product(s) within 30 days of purchase to:

Please include a brief note with your return letting us know why the item(s) are being returned. We will refund the cost of the product(s) returned. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to return the material unless an error was made on our end.

If your order was damaged in shipping please let us know and we will replace it with no additional charges. If the damage occurred in transit, please take a photo of the product and the packaging so that we can submit the photo to our carrier for reimbursement.

Linen Cross Back Apron Returns

We want you to be happy! If for any reason you are not happy with your apron please don't hesitate to let us know. Aprons may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (minus shipping). Returned aprons must be unused, unworn, with original tagging, and in perfect condition.

If you wish to make an exchange, please place a new order online and return your original item separately.
